These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and i1m88 governing your use of the platform and all associated services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use i1m88. Age verification is mandatory before withdrawal of any funds.
Each player may hold only one i1m88 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until the applicable rollover is completed.
Any form of fraud, collusion, arbitrage, or exploitation of system errors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 To register an Account with i1m88, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; (c) not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law; and (d) not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of i1m88 or any of its affiliated game providers.
2.2 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identification number (MyKad or equivalent), email address, and contact number — is accurate, current, and complete. i1m88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information submitted at any time.
2.3 Each individual may hold only one Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. i1m88 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method verification to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, i1m88 may close all related accounts and forfeit any balances in accordance with its anti-fraud policy.
2.4 Players from the following categories are not eligible to register: minors (persons under 21 years of age); persons who have applied for self-exclusion with i1m88 or any affiliated operator; and persons who have been barred by court order or regulatory directive from participating in gaming activities.
2.5 i1m88 reserves the right to decline any application for Account registration at its sole and absolute discretion, without being obliged to provide reasons.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. i1m88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Malaysian mobile number.
3.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access or use your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — shall be your sole responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to i1m88 in writing prior to the relevant activity occurring.
3.3 If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify i1m88 at [email protected] immediately. i1m88 will temporarily suspend the Account upon notification pending a security investigation.
3.4 i1m88 will never send unsolicited communications requesting your password. Any communication purportedly from i1m88 requesting your credentials should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to [email protected] without clicking any links contained therein.
4.1 All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. i1m88 does not accept third-party deposits. Accepted payment methods include Maybank2u FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow transfers. Available methods may vary and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
4.2 Minimum deposit amounts are specified per payment method in the Cashier. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in MYR upon confirmed receipt by i1m88's payment processor.
4.3 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. i1m88 requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification — including submission of a valid Malaysian identity document — prior to processing any withdrawal request.
4.4 i1m88 targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 15 to 60 minutes; DuitNow transfers within 2 hours; bank transfer withdrawals within one business day for requests received before 21:00 MYT. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or pending compliance review.
4.5 i1m88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requests for documentary evidence of the source of funds, prior to release. Withdrawal requests that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be declined.
5.1 All bets and wagers placed through the i1m88 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific game or sports rules, the specific rules shall prevail for that game or market.
5.2 Once a bet or wager is confirmed and accepted by the i1m88 system, it is final and may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed except in cases of manifest system error or where i1m88 exercises its rights under these Terms.
5.3 i1m88 reserves the right to void, cancel, or adjust any bet where: (a) there has been a manifest pricing or technical error; (b) the outcome has been determined by fraudulent means; (c) the bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded; or (d) regulatory or licensing requirements necessitate such action.
5.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. i1m88 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any Account at any time and without prior notice where risk management or compliance considerations require it.
6.1 All promotions offered by i1m88 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Those specific terms, including wagering requirements, qualifying games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates, are incorporated into and form part of these Terms by reference.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real-money funds.
6.3 i1m88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has deposited in reliance on it, i1m88 will honour the promotion terms for that Player's qualifying deposit.
6.4 Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using bonus funds in excluded games, or employing systematic betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

Breach of any of the above constitutes a material breach of these Terms. i1m88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the relevant Account, retain all funds pending investigation, and take such further legal action as it deems appropriate.
8.1 All content on the i1m88 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, trademarks, logos, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of i1m88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, i1m88 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform; (b) any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage; (c) any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond i1m88's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, telecommunication failures, or third-party payment processor delays.
9.2 i1m88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits i1m88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.1 i1m88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.
10.2 i1m88 may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and gaming regulation obligations. Such disclosure does not constitute a breach of any confidentiality obligation.
11.1 i1m88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to assist Players in managing their gaming activity: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) loss limits; (c) session time reminders; (d) cool-off periods (temporary suspension of account access for a Player-defined duration); and (e) self-exclusion (permanent or extended closure of the Account).
11.2 To activate any responsible gaming tool, navigate to the Responsible Gaming section within your Account settings. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon submission and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
11.3 If you believe your gaming behaviour may be causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool and to seek assistance from relevant professional support organisations in Malaysia.
11.4 i1m88 will not send promotional communications to any Player who has activated a self-exclusion or cool-off period. All accounts under self-exclusion are excluded from bonus eligibility for the duration of the exclusion.
12.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting i1m88 support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any outstanding real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within five business days.
12.2 i1m88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) i1m88 is required to do so by regulatory obligation or court order; (c) i1m88 suspects fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity in connection with your Account; or (d) you have provided false or misleading information at any stage.
12.3 Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, i1m88 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Funds determined to be the proceeds of fraudulent or prohibited activity shall be forfeited.
13.1 i1m88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) calendar days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation, in which case changes take effect immediately.
13.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with clause 12.1.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which i1m88 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through i1m88's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by i1m88's licencing authority.
14.2 i1m88's internal complaints procedure requires Players to submit a written complaint to [email protected] in the first instance. i1m88 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. Escalation to the licensing authority is available only after exhaustion of this internal process.
